AI Workflow Lab provides Microsoft Copilot training and AI upskilling services including:
All team training engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal confirming scope, dates, and pricing. A booking is confirmed only once a signed agreement or purchase order is received and a deposit (where applicable) has been paid.
Individual course purchases are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Access to course materials is granted following successful payment processing.
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at the point of purchase where required.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled training date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 14 days of the training date may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the individual engagement agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule training dates with reasonable notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on individual course purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@theaiworkflowlab.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, provided you have not completed more than one module of the course.
All content on this website and within our training materials - including text, images, course content, frameworks, and design - is the intellectual property of AI Workflow Lab / Sanitat unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Participants in our training programmes are welcome to use prompting frameworks and personal notes from sessions in their own work. Reproduction of full course materials or their resale is not permitted.
Our training and resources are provided for educational purposes. While we take care to ensure all content is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from attending our training. AI tools including Microsoft Copilot are subject to change by their respective providers, and we cannot be held responsible for changes to third-party software after a training session has been delivered.
Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.
