Who is this training for?+
Our training is designed for non-technical professionals across all sectors. If your team uses Microsoft 365, we can help them use it far more effectively - no prior AI or technical knowledge needed.
How much technical knowledge do participants need?+
Zero. We start from scratch in plain English. The person who has never touched Copilot and the person who has dabbled both leave with skills they can use the same day.
Do you offer online training?+
Yes. Our focused sessions and longer programmes are available as live online sessions. Full-day workshops are typically in-person at your site, though we can discuss hybrid options for larger teams across multiple locations.
Do participants need a paid Copilot licence?+
Not for all programmes. Our Copilot for Me and Chat Confidence Workshop are built around the free version of Copilot. Our flagship team programmes do require a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence - we can advise before you commit.
What happens after training ends?+
Every participant gets a 90-day action plan. Flagship programme participants complete a final project and receive a certificate. Content is updated as Microsoft evolves Copilot - so you always get current knowledge.
